Health & Safety at CCA 2020
CCA is looking forward to a great event this fall. We’re working closely with the Omni Amelia Island to ensure the healthy and safety of CCA attendees and staff at our in-person Annual Convention.

Temperature checks with FDA-approved, no-contact forehead thermometers, will be required for all attendees prior to entering CCA 2020 meeting space.
Social distancing footprints for lines at check-in and all food and beverage areas.
6’ distance between seating in general session and breakouts.
One way aisles in the Exhibit Hall.
Face masks will be required indoors.
As of July 2, 2020, Nassau County, Florida requires masks to be worn for public and indoor locations, and in other situations where individuals cannot socially distance, including at the Omni Amelia Island Resort.
Face masks will be available for all attendees throughout CCA 2020.
Personal hand sanitizers available at check-in desk.
Extra sanitization stations around the meeting space, registration, and exhibit hall.
A no hand shake policy will be in effect.
Breakfast and lunch banquets held outside in the garden terrace.
Meals will be pre-packaged and/or served by an Omni attendant. Omni attendant will wear a mask and gloves, and will have passed the daily temperature check as required for all hotel workers.
