Coffee with Exhibitors | SOLD

Everyone loves coffee and attendees can never get enough. Sponsor the coffee station in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday and make sure everyone is fully caffeinated for the day.

Everyone loves free lunch! Make sure attendees do not go hungry as they visit the exhibit hall show floor to see the latest and greatest in our industry. Your company name and logo will be prominently featured.

Exhibit Hall Happy Hour | $8,000 co-sponsor

Sponsor drinks at the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and all the carriers and event attendees will thank you! Your company name and logo will be prominently featured. Includes verbal recognition during a keynote.

Dessert Table | $5,000 per Sponsor (Available for Exhibitors ONLY)

Sponsor a specialty dessert during the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour. The dessert table will be placed in front of your booth, pulling attendees in right where you want them!

ADD - ON: POST SHOW WEBINAR

Exclusively for MCS 2024 sponsors, add a post-show webinar to any MCS 2024 sponsorship. Webinars are a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and continue to share your products and ideas with people you met at MCS 2024. Webinars must be completed by December 31, 2024.

INVESTMENT: $1,500 for CCA members and $3,000 for non-members. (This is a great deal! Normal rates are $2,000 for CCA members and $5,000 for non-members.)
