First - Time Exhibitor Package | $5,500

Is it your first time at a CCA event? Looking to make an impression and get exposure? Sign up for our First-Time Exhibitor Package for a great deal while driving traffic to your booth.

Package Includes:

  • 10x10 space: 8’ high black wall drape, 3’ high side drape

  • One 7" x 44" single-lined identification sign

  • One (1) all-conference pass; one (1) exhibit hall-only pass

  • Company profile (logo, website, email, and description) on floorplan

  • Company listing and link on the event mobile app

  • Access to CCA 2023 Attendee Directory one week before the show and once post-show

  • Non-premium location on show floor (upgrade to premium location based on booth availability and additional cost)

  • Email marketing placement (deadlines apply)

  • Mobile app push notification on-site

  • Choice of one: 1 (one) CCA facilitated introduction to a carrier (only * or 1-minute sales pitch during Breakfast with the Carriers (limited spots available)**

 

*CCA will provide an introduction with a carrier member registered for and attending CCA 2023. You may submit a request for your top three carriers, and CCA will make every best effort to facilitate a connection with one of your requested carriers. Introductions will be provided two weeks before the show.

 

**One-minute pitch is subject to approval by CCA. Returning exhibitors must present a new product not previously marketed at a CCA show. Approved exhibitors will present pitches at the Breakfast with Carriers on Wednesday, October 19. Pitches may not be longer than one minute, and exhibitors will be cut off once time is up.

  • Thursday, Oct 19           12:00PM – 5:30PM            

 

Exhibitor Move-Out:

  • Thursday, Oct 19          5:30PM – 8:30PM
