CCA's 5K Run/Walk Tradition continues!
Start your day on the right foot with CCA’s energizing morning workout event! Whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing walk or a brisk run, choose between a scenic 5K or 1-mile course—both beginning and ending at the Luckenbach Pavilion. Cross the finish line and enjoy a nutritious post-race breakfast while networking, celebrating, and connecting with fellow participants. Competitive runners can hit the starting line at 7:30 AM for a timed race with a prize and ultimate bragging rights on the line, while walkers will begin at 7:45 AM. The final start time is 8:30 AM. Don’t miss this chance to kick off your day with fitness, fun, and friendly competition!

CCA’s President & CEO will wear your company t-shirt throughout the run/walk. Your brand is sure to get lots of “face time” with one of the most visible people at the conference. Sponsor must provide technical t-shirt, and design must be approved by CCA.
PARTICIPANT WRISTBANDS: $1,500
Put your logo on the arm of every 5K/1 mile participant. All runners and walkers are required to wear the wristband, so your company will have maximum logo visibility.
SUNGLASSES: $2,500
Make your brand as hot as the sunshine in Texas by prominently featuring your logo on our event sunglasses! Don’t miss this chance to keep participants stylish and protected from the glare.
MUSIC SPONSOR: $1,500
Amplify your brand AND our race atmosphere with fun, uplifting music to pump up our runners/walkers. Music will play in the terrace area through the duration of the run/walk and post-workout breakfast.
WATER BOTTLES: $4,000
Runners and walkers will quench their thirst post after the event with your brand front and center as the official water bottle sponsor. Don’t be surprised when you see attendees carrying these stainless-steel bottles around the resort throughout the rest of the show.
COURSE FLAGS: $5,000
Sponsor the course flags and directional signage – a high-visibility placement that puts your brand front and center throughout the entire race route. As the official signage sponsor your logo will be prominently displayed on every course marker, guiding runners from start to finish.
MILE MARKER MOTIVATION: $5,000
Runners block? Not this time! Help our participants stay motivated by designing branded signs with your company logo, fun messages, or inspirational quotes at each kilometer or mile.
BRANDED WATER SATION: $2,000
Be the mid-race hydration hero when participants need a cool down. Sponsor the water station with your company logo on station signs and branded disposable cups for runners/walkers to grab on the go!
